Shipping Policy


Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your
shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your
shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.
Free shipping will be automatically applied to online orders that exceed $500 exclusive of
GST, New Zealand delivery only.


Most in stock credit-approved orders for standard delivery placed will ship within 24 hours.
Overnight delivery in the South Island and a 2-3 day service in the North Island. For rural
deliveries add an extra 2 days.
Orders not paid or confirmed within 3 days of placing the order will be cancelled.
You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email if required.

All international orders are sent at a $60 flat rate per box. Note the customer will need to pay
for any local customs duty or taxes on delivery.
Standard delivery is 7-10 working days via Toll

Your package maybe subject to local customs, duty or brokerage charges. The purchaser, not
Ultimate Cleaning Supplies is responsible for these charges as they are determined by your
local customs office.
Ultimate Cleaning Supplies cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. If there are
any extra charges to pay the courier service will contact you and require payment before they
can deliver your order. Refusal of delivery will result in a deduction of the original and return
shipping charges from any refund.
